Excessive shipping charges |
I didn't know that this product would be shipped from another location incurring additonal shipping charges. The shipping charges cost almost as much as the product. When I complained, Myallergystore.net sent me a shipping label to return the product. I returned the product, only to have Myallergystore.net ship it BACK TO ME with instructions to ship it to Ron's Hardware. Ron's Hardware is willing to take it back, but I must pay shipping charges. Don't think I'll be purchasing anything from Myallergystore.net any time soon.

Odor=effective, Stains=not so good |

This product did remove odor, but as far as stain removal, it is no different than the regular Bissell cleaning solution. These were not stains that sat for days either. |

Pet stain removal |

This product along with the SpotBot do a fine job of removing stains left by my cats on the carpets. The stains are reddish, as is their chow, and this takes the color of the stain out. |
