Defective TN360 replacement print cartridge |
I ordered a print cartridge for my Brother printer to have on hand when I needed it. I did not open it when I received it. When I needed the cartridge, I opened it to find that the cartridge had leaked during shipping. It was past the 90 day return time for replacement, so the company would not replace it.
I'm sure the company's products are good, but learn from my mistake. Inspect the product when you get it. |

It was easy to install (1-2 minutes) and works fine.
It looks exactly like the model I took out and replaced, except for the model #.
The proof will be in the longevity, as this is supposed to be a high capacity cartridge. |
